What You Will Be Doing

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your own professional network
 

* Initiate meaningful outreach that introduces candidates to what MLR has to offer and assesses their interest
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified candidates and our internal recruiters for in-depth conversations
 

* Nurture relationships with leads over time, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records accurate and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn layered commission tied to meetings booked, interviews generated, and successful placements traced back to your efforts
