Radiology Technologist / ARRT

MLee Healthcare is on the lookout for an experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated professional capable of performing all diagnostic procedures with a thorough understanding of relevant academic areas, ensuring consistently high-quality results. The ideal candidate will work well with both patients and physicians, and build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across departments.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ARRT Registered or eligible for registry; must achieve registry within 6 months of hire.
• Currently a second-year student at an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Interest in advancing education in various radiology specialties.

Job Duties:

• Conduct radiographic procedures for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients following departmental protocols.
• Develop and implement effective methods to manage operational activities.
• Stay current with skills, knowledge, and policies related to radiology procedures.
• Assist physicians during radiology procedures.
• Proficiently operate and maintain specialized radiology equipment.
• Build positive relationships within the department, address issues with supervisors, and represent the department positively to colleagues and staff.

Certifications and Licensure:

• ARRT (R)
• CPR Certification

Experience:

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
