Shift: Full-Time, Evenings (Second Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist II, you’ll play an essential role in delivering top-tier laboratory services while contributing to groundbreaking healthcare advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures across multiple disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Analyze and interpret lab data, maintaining strict quality control and assurance standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely, accurate diagnoses and treatment plans for patients.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts and continue to develop professionally through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent field.
• Certification: ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT).
• Experience: Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS), such as Epic Beaker and SoftBank, is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
