Job Description:

MLR Healthcare is looking for a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team for the day shift. In this role, you will assist surgeons during procedures, prepare and maintain the operating room, and ensure a sterile environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons by providing necessary instruments and supplies during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
• Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and functioning.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited program.
• Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or certification as a Surgical Technologist within 6 months of hire.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
