Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of laboratory tests across different disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood bank, and more.
• Utilize laboratory equipment and technology to obtain precise test results.
• Analyze and interpret lab results, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses.
• Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality control procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Certification as MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) required.
• Proficient in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
