Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and craft goal-oriented therapy programs tailored to each person's unique functional needs and lifestyle
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive function, adaptive strategies, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner meaningfully with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver seamlessly integrated, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families or caregivers through therapeutic techniques and home strategies that extend progress well beyond the clinic walls
• Track Outcomes and Refine Care: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment approaches with precision and purpose

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education pursuits and post-graduate specialty certifications are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT certification in good standing required
