Job Description

• Craft Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique challenges and build tailored therapeutic strategies that target their specific functional goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven techniques to support improvements in motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner fluidly with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, integrated care

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure required
