What You Will Be Doing

* Leverage our proprietary sourcing platform alongside your personal network to identify strong healthcare candidates

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR, and assess their interest and career goals

* Schedule and coordinate meetings between interested candidates and our experienced recruiting team for in-depth screening

* Nurture candidate relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-up that keeps momentum alive throughout the hiring process

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission tied directly to the meetings you set, the interviews that follow, and the placements that result from your outreach

How Compensation Works

* A commission for every qualified meeting you successfully schedule

* Additional pay when interviews are conducted from candidates you sourced

* Commission multipliers tied to net-new business you help generate
