Your Day-to-Day

* Identify and engage prospective healthcare candidates using our proprietary sourcing platform and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introduce them to MLR, and evaluate their interest and fit
 

* Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for in-depth conversations
 

* Nurture your leads over time, keeping interest warm and guiding them through each stage of the journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Collect commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews held, and successful placements traced back to your pipeline

How Compensation Works

This is a performance-driven, commission-only position — which means no income cap and no limits on how far you can go.

Your earnings are tied directly to the value you create:

* Commission paid for every qualified appointment you lock in
 

* Additional earnings when interviews happen as a result of your outreach
 

* Multiplied commissions on net-new business development
