Education Requirements

• Master's degree from a nationally accredited Physician Assistant program
• Clinical rotation experience with a focus on surgical disciplines is strongly preferred

Certifications Required

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification through NCCPA
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Indiana state licensure as a Physician Assistant, or demonstrated eligibility to obtain it
