Join a compassionate healthcare team providing essential support to patients under the guidance of physicians, therapists, and nursing staff. This role involves performing clerical duties and delivering patient care across all age groups, from newborns to the elderly, in accordance with departmental policies and competencies.

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate documentation following organizational policies.
• Provide patient care as directed to achieve positive health outcomes.
• Perform clerical tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with patients, team members, physicians, and external agencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

No formal education or prior experience is strictly required; however, previous exposure to a medical environment is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation.
• Preferred certifications include Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) certification (ASCP) is a plus.
• If driving is required, a valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting regional requirements are necessary.

Physical Requirements
