Join a dynamic finance team as an Accountant, where you will prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in accordance with established accounting principles. This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing accounting programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a robust accounting system. You will recommend improvements to enhance financial processes and assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and surveys for various stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and interpret accounting programs, goals, and policies.
• Review and analyze financial and statistical data to support decision-making.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, including journal entries, invoice coding, account analysis, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Maintain professional communication with team members, clients, and external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or currently pursuing a degree with expected completion within one year.

Experience: Preferred experience includes public accounting or healthcare finance.

Requirements: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a sedentary role with occasional light physical activity.
