Join a dedicated team providing 24/7 crisis stabilization services to adults and youth experiencing mental health emergencies in the Midwest region. This role focuses on delivering intensive, goal-oriented support to individuals in crisis, aiming to reduce hospital admissions and law enforcement involvement while promoting engagement with outpatient treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer compassionate crisis stabilization and support at a residential facility.
• Engage positively with clients, monitoring and documenting their treatment progress, behaviors, and activities.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and utilize de-escalation techniques during intense situations.
• Support medication compliance, crisis management, and one-on-one client safety monitoring as needed.
• Facilitate successful reintegration of clients into their homes, communities, schools, and outpatient services.
• Complete all required documentation, training, and competency reviews promptly and accurately.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Preferred: Two or more years of professional experience in mental health services, crisis response, or related fields.
• Preferred: Experience educating clients on self-care and improving daily living skills.

Licensure and Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass background checks including child abuse, adult abuse registry, and motor vehicle screening.
• Complete CPR, First Aid, and other required trainings within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
