Essential Functions

• Conduct thorough health evaluations in line with organizational policies.
• Ensure timely completion of face-to-face assessments.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, patients, families, and care teams to review assessment outcomes and update care plans.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with all stakeholders.
• Document patient information accurately and promptly according to policy.
• Provide administrative supervision to Advanced Practice Practitioner staff, including managing schedules, timekeeping, and departmental calendars.
• Adhere strictly to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).

Licensure and Certifications

• Current APRN licensure with psychiatric/mental health certification or PA-C licensure.
• NPI and DEA numbers required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification; American Heart Association BLS required within three months if not already held.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance meeting regional requirements.
