Join a compassionate team as an Advanced Licensed Crisis Intervention Therapist providing essential clinical services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves delivering high-quality assessments, effective treatment plans, and timely documentation to support individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement crisis plans and conduct thorough risk assessments, including mental status exams and evaluations for further care.
• Deliver short-term crisis interventions aimed at symptom reduction, stabilization, and restoring previous functioning levels.
• Coordinate care with families, significant others, and community systems such as education and child welfare.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation reflecting all service provisions.
• Participate in additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support departmental goals.

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Experience

• Preferred 3-5 years working with populations diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), serious mental illness (SMI), or serious emotional disturbance (SED).
• Experience integrating care with other providers and supervising clinicians pursuing licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse and high-risk populations.

Licensure and Certifications

• BSRB Licensed at Masters Level Clinician is mandatory.
• Completion of all necessary trainings for specialized care, including Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Substance Use Disorder licensure and clinical level licensure by BSRB are preferred.
