Join a compassionate team as a Licensed Outpatient Therapist providing essential behavioral health services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves delivering individual, family, group, and in-home therapy tailored to client needs, supported by thorough diagnostic assessments and timely documentation. You will also conduct utilization reviews and determine appropriate levels of care, ensuring clients receive medically necessary treatment. Crisis intervention and emotional support for clients and families are key components of this position.

Education: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Experience: Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience diagnosing and treating serious mental illness or emotional disturbances, with a strong background in managing treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure is highly valued.

Requirements: Must hold a BSRB Master's Level Clinician license and have completed all necessary trainings to deliver specialized care, including qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). A valid driver's license is required. Additional licensure in Substance Use Disorder treatment is preferred.
