We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist to provide outpatient therapy and psychological testing services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region of the United States. This role involves delivering high-quality psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, accompanied by professional reports grounded in thorough interpretive skills. Staying current with testing materials and protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological testing and diagnostic assessments with timely, quality reporting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans including individual, family, group, and in-home therapy tailored to client needs.
• Perform utilization reviews as requested and manage a variety of diagnoses within your competency.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients and families, referring to appropriate resources when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, completing 90% of records within 48 hours.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance client care.
• Complete all required trainings and other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Education and Experience:

• BSRB Licensed Master's Level Clinician required.
• Preferred: 3-5 years experience working with SPMI/SMI or SED populations and supervising clinicians post-licensure.
• Experience integrating care with other providers and managing diverse, high-risk client populations is highly valued.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of various theoretical treatments and ethical practices.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, DBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and accountability.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Current BSRB Licensed Master's Level Clinician.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) training required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Preferred: Clinical Level Licensure by BSRB and Substance Use Disorder licensure.
