Join a dedicated team maintaining the beauty and safety of outdoor environments across a regional healthcare system in the Midwest. This full-time role involves mowing, landscaping, and general upkeep of various properties to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate hand and gas-powered tools to mow grass, rake leaves, trim bushes and trees, plant flowers and shrubbery, and remove dead plants.
• Water and fertilize vegetation, preparing grounds for seasonal changes.
• Maintain driveways, walkways, and parking lots by removing snow and ice as needed.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing fences and outbuildings.
• Support the facilities team with additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to privacy and security regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with team members, contractors, and the public.

Education and Experience

No formal education or prior experience is required, though previous landscaping experience is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting regional requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently).
• Self-direction and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Comfort standing or walking for 51-75% of the workday.
