Take charge of developing, implementing, and managing personalized care plans for hospice patients ranging from newborns to the elderly. Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Experience

Several years of clinical nursing experience is necessary. Prior hospice and/or home health experience is highly valued.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within three months of hire.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong keyboarding skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Credentials

Certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse is a plus.
