Key Responsibilities:

• Offer supportive interactions that foster positive client relationships.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation following organizational policies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Adhere to privacy and security regulations protecting client health information.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, healthcare teams, and external agencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support program goals.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and at least three years older than the youth served.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider within 30 days of hire or by orientation completion.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance meeting regional requirements if driving is necessary.
• Successful completion of background checks including child and adult abuse registries and motor vehicle screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of experience working with children or adults in a health-related setting.
• Experience in a state health department facility is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational and basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Light work involving occasional lifting up to 25 lbs and frequent lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Standing or walking 11-25% of the workday.
