Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with financial counselors regarding private pay or insurance concerns.
• Distribute admission paperwork promptly to relevant departments and staff.
• Assist with patient transport as needed.
• Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles according to insurance contracts and eligibility verification.
• Process patient payments and complete daily deposits.
• Adhere strictly to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).

Education and Experience
