Join a compassionate team as an Advanced Crisis Response Clinician providing vital mental health and substance abuse emergency services to individuals experiencing crisis in the community and specialized stabilization units. You will conduct thorough assessments, including mental status exams, to determine risk levels and immediate needs, while offering trauma-informed behavioral interventions. Collaborate closely with clients, families, law enforcement, and community agencies to develop personalized crisis safety plans and coordinate follow-up care aimed at successful reintegration into home, school, and outpatient services.

Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Experience: Preferred candidates have three to five years working with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), serious mental illness (SMI), or seriously emotionally disturbed (SED) populations, including experience integrating care with other providers and supervising clinicians pursuing licensure.

Requirements: Must hold a Licensed Masters Level Clinician credential (BSRB) and be trained as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). A valid driver's license is required. Preferred licensure includes Clinical Level BSRB and Substance Use Disorder certification.
