Join a dedicated healthcare team providing professional nursing care to employees within a dynamic health system. Under the guidance of licensed nursing staff, you will plan and deliver nursing services, including administering treatments, medications, and vaccinations as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing acts within the scope defined by the licensing board.
• Demonstrate skills and knowledge aligned with unit competencies, policies, and procedures.
• Compile detailed reports related to workplace injuries or illnesses.
• Develop and maintain program protocols, acting as a liaison between practitioners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
• Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with patients, team members, contractors, physicians, and external agencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.

Licenses and Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation. Licensed Practical Nurse credential from a recognized nursing board or compact state.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar healthcare environment is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of occupational health effects and illnesses, basic computer proficiency, strong multitasking and prioritization skills, effective communication, and application of patient care principles.

Physical Requirements: Medium work involving occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent standing or walking (26-50% of the day). Accommodations may be provided as needed.
