Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate support and clerical assistance to patients under the guidance of physicians, therapists, and nursing staff. This role involves timely and accurate documentation in line with organizational policies, delivering patient care across all age groups from newborns to geriatrics, and performing clerical duties as assigned.

Education: No formal education required; however, certification as a Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred. A current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider is mandatory within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation.

Experience: Previous exposure to a medical environment is preferred but not required.

Requirements: Must maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI). Moderate computer skills and basic medical terminology knowledge are essential. The ability to communicate effectively, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate empathy and compassion in patient care is highly valued. Physical demands include occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs and frequent standing or walking for 51-75% of the workday.

This position does not include people management responsibilities. The role supports a mission-driven healthcare environment serving a broad regional community in the Central Plains area of the United States.
