Lead and oversee the operational functions of a healthcare organization, developing and implementing programs, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves managing daily business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and allocating resources aligned with strategic priorities.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise recurring operational activities critical to business execution.
- Develop strategies to meet organizational goals efficiently.
- Approve resource allocation based on business needs.
- Evaluate and recommend policy or procedural changes.
- Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Maintain professional communication with patients, team members, contractors, physicians, and external agencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
People Management
This position includes leadership responsibilities such as overseeing team members, making employment decisions, and conducting performance evaluations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Master's degree and industry-recognized certifications are preferred.

Physical Requirements
Light work involving occasional exertion up to 25 lbs and frequent exertion up to 10 lbs. Standing or walking may be required 11-25% of the workday.
