Essential Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate documentation following organizational policies.
• Demonstrate skills and knowledge to provide quality patient care as outlined in department competencies and procedures.
• Perform clerical tasks as assigned to support clinical operations.
• Maintain compliance with privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Foster effective communication and professional relationships with patients, team members, physicians, and external agencies.

Education and Experience

• No formal education or experience required; however, previous exposure to a medical environment is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation.
• Preferred certifications include Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) certification (ASCP) is a plus.

Physical Requirements
