Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and at least three years older than the youth served.

Experience: While not mandatory, two years of experience working with adults or children in a health-related field is preferred.

Requirements: Strong organizational skills and intermediate proficiency with MS Office are essential. Within 30 days of employment, completion of Attendant Care and KHS online training is required. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle are necessary for community-based work.
