What You'll Do

* Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals through our proprietary platform and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introducing them to MLR and what we have to offer
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between interested candidates and our recruiting team
 

* Nurture your leads through consistent, thoughtful follow-up throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn layered commission tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements stemming from your outreach

How You'll Be Paid

This is a commission-only, performance-based role — which means no income ceiling, no arbitrary limits, and no waiting around for a raise someone else decides to give you. You earn based on what you produce.

Your compensation structure includes:

* Commission earned for each qualified meeting you successfully book
 

* Additional earnings when interviews are conducted from candidates you brought in
 

* Multiplied commission on net-new business opportunities
