Join a dedicated team providing direct mental health services to preschool-aged children facing significant challenges in the Midwest region. As an Associate Case Manager, you will deliver community-based, interactive support aimed at enhancing overall functioning and maintaining youth in the least restrictive environments such as their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skill training aligned with measurable goals determined by a Qualified Mental Health Professional.
- Deliver intensive, strengths-based mental health services to children.
- Collaborate with families and treatment teams to develop and maintain client-centered treatment plans.
- Help youth understand their symptoms and explore solutions.
- Facilitate connections with natural community supports.
- Coordinate mental and physical healthcare services, ensuring clear communication among clients, providers, families, and community partners.
- Offer crisis stabilization and conduct trauma-informed risk assessments under professional guidance.
- Work closely with community partners and caregivers until crisis resolution.
- Support successful reintegration of clients into peer settings.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days.

Education and Experience:
One of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field;
- Associate's degree plus 2+ years of experience educating clients on self-care and daily living skills;
- Equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 4+ years.
At least one year of experience working with children is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Special Education with specialized training.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mental health or related services.

Licensure and Training:
- Completion of CPST Case Management online training, KHS online training, and passing required background and health assessments within 60 days of employment.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
