Lead and oversee mental and behavioral health services, including treatment for emotional, mental, addiction, and other behavioral disorders within a regional healthcare setting in the Midwest. This role provides clinical guidance and supervision to staff, ensuring quality, person-centered care through every intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer clinical insight and oversight to the care team.
• Conduct periodic professional development trainings.
• Maintain operational environments that support clinical care needs.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and timely communication across all settings.
• Comply with all regulations, documentation, billing, and data reporting requirements.
• Implement safety planning collaboratively with consumers, families, and treatment teams.
• Perform staff rounding as directed.
• Collaborate with community partners to coordinate care effectively.
• Participate in program planning, budgeting, and operational development.
• Engage in hiring and training of new staff members.
• Provide Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) services including crisis assessments, hospital screenings, and treatment planning.
• Adhere to privacy and security regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with patients, team members, and external agencies.

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Licenses and Certifications: Licensed at Master’s Level Clinician (BSRB) and all necessary QMHP trainings. Valid Driver's License if driving is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Leadership or management training; 3-5 years experience with diverse and high-risk populations; expertise in evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, DBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT; clinical licensure supervision experience.

Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of theoretical treatments and crisis intervention; excellent communication skills; ability to make accurate clinical assessments.

Physical Requirements: Light work involving occasional exertion up to 25 lbs and frequent exertion up to 10 lbs; standing or walking 11-25% of the day.
