Join a compassionate team as an Outpatient Therapist providing essential clinical services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves delivering individualized, family, group, and in-home behavioral health treatments grounded in thorough assessment and timely documentation. You will conduct utilization reviews, determine appropriate levels of care, and offer crisis intervention with emotional support and referrals.

Education: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Experience: Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience diagnosing and treating serious mental illness or emotional disturbances, with a strong background in managing treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure is highly valued.

Requirements: Must hold a BSRB Master's Level Clinician license and possess all necessary trainings for specialized care, including Qualified Mental Health Professional certification. A valid driver's license is required. Additional licensure in Substance Use Disorder is preferred.
