Join a dynamic healthcare team as an Advanced EMS Clinical Division Chief, where you will lead and oversee EMS clinical activities to ensure exceptional patient care and strict adherence to medical protocols.

Essential Responsibilities: Develop and update clinical protocols in collaboration with the EMS Medical Director. Manage the clinical credentialing process to guarantee EMS provider competency and compliance with standards. Oversee EMS education programs, including initial training, continuing education, and skills validation. Ensure all EMS clinical operations meet accreditation and regulatory requirements. Assist with budget planning and forecasting for clinical education and credentialing initiatives. Stay informed on emerging EMS clinical care trends and recommend protocol and training updates. Uphold privacy and security regulations related to Protected Health Information (PHI). Maintain professional communication with patients, team members, physicians, and external agencies.

Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum seven years in EMS with at least five years as a paramedic; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Requirements: Current Paramedic certification and BLS/CPR card from an approved provider. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Valid driver's license. Incident Command System certifications (100, 200, 300, 700 & 800) within two years of employment. Preferred certifications include Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to critically evaluate medical protocols for efficiency and thoroughness.

Physical Requirements: Medium work involving occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent standing or walking.
