Join a compassionate team as an Outpatient Behavioral Therapist providing essential clinical services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and delivering individualized outpatient behavioral health treatments, including individual, family, group, and in-home therapy. You will also perform utilization reviews, determine appropriate levels of care, and maintain timely, high-quality documentation. Crisis intervention and emotional support for clients and families are key components of this position.

Education: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Experience: Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience diagnosing and treating serious mental illness or emotional disturbances, with a strong background in managing treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure is highly valued.

Requirements: Must hold a BSRB Master's Level Clinician license and be trained as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). A valid driver's license is necessary. Additional licensure in Substance Use Disorder treatment is a plus.
