What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors — with a focus on the whole person, not just the chief complaint.
• Diagnosing and managing chronic diseases, acute conditions, preventive health needs, and behavioral health concerns through an integrated, team-based approach.
• Performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic workups, and crafting individualized care plans that reflect each patient's goals and circumstances.
• Partnering closely with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and value-based care metrics that drive better outcomes for patients and the practice alike.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation through an electronic medical records platform, with strong administrative support to minimize your documentation burden.
• Seeing patients in person and via telehealth to meet evolving care preferences and access needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Licensure and Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active candidacy).
• Active Kentucky medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
