Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ needs to create personalized therapy approaches that facilitate the achievement of their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients’ motor capabilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work interactively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic practices to encourage ongoing advancement at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessitated, ensuring patients remain on path to recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized educational institution
• Continuous education or additional advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
