What You Will Do

• Conduct both standard and advanced clinical lab analyses—covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection processes and adequately prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff, and help to maintain high-quality laboratory standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and comply with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
