What You Will Be Doing

• Executing routine and complex laboratory procedures across multiple disciplines — including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond — in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Reviewing and validating test results for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and taking appropriate corrective action when needed.
• Performing calibration, quality control checks, and preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

Education

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline is required. Equivalent academic preparation paired with active pursuit of ASCP or AMT board certification will also be considered.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science is required, or must be obtained within one year of the hire date.
