What You'll Do

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary tools and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to available opportunities, and assess their interest
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between interested candidates and our senior recruiting team
 

* Nurture relationships with leads throughout the hiring journey to keep momentum moving forward
 

* Keep candidate records accurate and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commissions based on meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements tied to your pipeline

How You'll Be Paid
