About the Role

We are actively recruiting a dedicated and technically sharp Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join an established and forward-thinking imaging team. What You Will Be Responsible For

• Conducting a broad range of ultrasound studies including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Providing compassionate patient-centered care by clearly communicating each step of the procedure and maintaining patient dignity and comfort throughout
• Producing and optimizing diagnostic-quality images in collaboration with radiologists and ordering providers
• Maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting ultrasound equipment and reporting any operational concerns in a timely manner
• Accurately entering procedure documentation and image data into the electronic health record system
• Keeping pace with evolving ultrasound technologies, imaging protocols, and clinical best practices through ongoing education

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related healthcare field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited sonography program is strongly preferred

Required Certifications

• Active ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or a recognized equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred at time of hire
