We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis. This role involves utilizing clinical judgment to perform thorough assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, and develop individualized nursing care plans that promote positive outcomes.

Education: Must hold a current RN license with relevant training in labor and delivery nursing.

Experience: Prior experience in maternity or labor and delivery nursing is preferred to effectively manage patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical inquiry skills by evaluating nursing practices and supporting evidence-based improvements.
