What This Role Is

This is a remote SDR / AE hybrid role, commission-only, and built for closers. You’ll be responsible for:

• Prospecting and qualifying new B2B healthcare leads
• Building relationships with hiring leaders—Directors, HR, C-Suite
• Presenting our unique recruitment services in a compelling, value-forward way
• Managing accounts from first conversation to closed deal (and repeat deals after that)
• Working with our internal recruiting team to deliver what you’ve promised
• Collaborating on strategy, growth, and scalable client success

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you’ll:

• Be fully ramped up on our solution, positioning, and processes
• Have generated and closed multiple new clients in your personal pipeline
• Be consistently booking and running high-quality calls
• Earn your first $10K–$20K+ month in commission (yes, that’s a real benchmark)

By month 6, you’ll be trusted, autonomous, and making $100K+ annualized if you’re putting in the work.
