This role involves conducting thorough clinical assessments, prioritizing patient and family needs, and developing individualized nursing care plans that adapt to changing clinical outcomes.

Education

Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license with relevant obstetrics experience preferred.

Experience

Proven ability to apply clinical reasoning and judgment in a fast-paced environment. Experience with evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives is highly valued.
