Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Testing: Perform a variety of laboratory procedures with a high degree of precision and accuracy.

• Quality Oversight: Maintain strict compliance with all quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Medical Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Certification: ASCP certification is required.
• Experience: Open to both motivated new graduates and experienced professionals. Previous hospital or clinical laboratory experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong technical proficiency in diverse lab procedures and excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
