This part-time, on-site role involves delivering high-quality nursing care through comprehensive clinical assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Utilize clinical reasoning to perform accurate assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Engage in evidence-based practice by evaluating nursing quality indicators and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Create a supportive, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff, managing both emotional and physical pain effectively.
• Respect and incorporate diverse cultural, spiritual, and socioeconomic factors into patient care.

Education and Experience
