Role Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients across all ages and life stages, from pediatric wellness visits to complex geriatric management.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, manage chronic diseases, and champion preventive care strategies tailored to each individual.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic workups, and develop evidence-based, personalized care plans.
• Collaborate actively with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and consulting physicians to ensure seamless, whole-person care.
• Contribute meaningfully to quality improvement efforts aimed at elevating both clinical outcomes and the patient experience.
• Maintain precise, thorough documentation within the electronic medical records system.
• Extend care access through both in-person appointments and virtual visit platforms to serve patients wherever they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
