What You'll Be Doing
This role goes far beyond treating deficits on a checklist. Every day, you'll step into patients' stories at some of their most vulnerable chapters — and help them write their way back to strength. From supporting stroke survivors as they reclaim fine motor control, to helping post-surgical patients rebuild the stamina needed for everyday tasks, your expertise will be the catalyst for real, lasting change.
You'll work hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team that believes in the power of collaboration and the dignity of every patient journey. No two cases will look the same, and no two days will either. What remains constant is the impact — visible, meaningful, and deeply human.
Why You'll Love the Team — and the City That Energizes You
Our rehab team is something truly worth talking about. We've cultivated a culture where mutual respect runs deep, shared victories are celebrated loudly, and every clinician is encouraged to grow. Your perspective will be valued, your professional goals will be championed, and your contribution to patient outcomes will be felt throughout the organization.
And beyond the walls of the clinic, you'll find yourself planting roots in one of the most storied and intellectually vibrant cities in the country. Boston, Massachusetts is a place where centuries of history share sidewalks with world-class innovation. Red brick rowhouses line cobblestone streets just blocks from gleaming biotech campuses and renowned universities. The energy here is unmistakable — purposeful, proud, and always moving.
On weekends, you might find yourself walking the Freedom Trail, cheering on the Red Sox at Fenway, or exploring the eclectic neighborhoods of Jamaica Plain and the South End. Boston's food scene is a feast of its own — fresh seafood shacks, James Beard-recognized restaurants, farmers markets, and globally inspired eateries sit side by side across every corner of the city. And when you're craving wide open space, the White Mountains, Cape Cod, and the Berkshires are all just a short drive away, offering four full seasons of outdoor adventure.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who feels the weight and the gift of this work simultaneously. Someone who tears up — at least a little — when a patient buttons their shirt independently for the first time, or when a parent gets back to playing with their child after months of recovery.
If you're an experienced OTR/L looking for a practice environment that matches your standards, or a newly certified therapist hungry to build something great from the start, this team has a place for you. Bring your curiosity, your compassion, and your drive — we'll bring the rest.
Take the Next Step — Your Future Patients Are Ready for You
This isn't just a job posting. It's an open door to a career chapter that could define who you become as a clinician and as a person. In a city fueled by discovery and a team fueled by heart, you'll find the kind of professional home that's increasingly rare — and absolutely worth pursuing.
If you're ready to bring your best to a city that always brings its best — let's talk.
