Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations across inpatient and outpatient settings and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions targeting strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, home exercise programs, and discharge planning with clarity and compassion
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Contribute actively to interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to support holistic, patient-centered outcomes

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• CPR certification preferred
• Specialty certifications in areas such as neurology, geriatrics, or orthopedics are welcomed but not required

Skills
