Position Overview

We are in search of a talented and caring Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team of imaging specialists dedicated to delivering outstanding service. With cutting-edge ultrasound technology at your fingertips, you will perform essential diagnostic imaging, engage in collaborative discussions with care teams, and bring serenity to patients through efficient and precise imaging practices.

Responsibilities Include:

• Execute various ultrasound examinations, covering areas such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Promote patient comfort and safety during examinations by explaining the process thoroughly and compassionately
• Team up with radiologists and referring doctors to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and uphold imaging equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Meticulously document examinations and maintain patient records within our electronic medical records system
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certifications:

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent qualification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
