What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive, continuous care for patients of all ages — from newborns and school-age children to working adults and aging seniors.
• Diagnosing and managing chronic diseases, acute conditions, mental health concerns, and preventive care needs with a whole-person lens.
• Performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and crafting individualized care plans that reflect each patient's goals and circumstances.
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and specialist partners to close care gaps and improve outcomes.
• Engaging in quality improvement efforts that drive both patient satisfaction and clinical performance metrics.
• Maintaining thorough, timely documentation within the electronic medical records platform.
• Extending care access through both in-person visits and telehealth services tailored to patient needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
