Build a Career Without Boundaries as a Remote Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist Supporting a High-Performing Recruiting Team — Earn on Your Terms, From Anywhere
Overview
Some careers are built inside four walls, under fluorescent lights, with someone else's agenda pinned to your calendar. And then there's this one. At MLR, we've designed something fundamentally different — a remote opportunity where your drive sets the pace, your conversations create momentum, and your paycheck reflects exactly how hard you're willing to push.
We're on the hunt for motivated, people-first professionals ready to join a movement that's quietly reshaping how healthcare organizations connect with top clinical talent. If you've ever wanted to do meaningful work that actually touches lives — without sacrificing your freedom or your earning potential — this might be the role you didn't know you were waiting for.
You won't be buried in administrative tasks or boxed into a rigid hiring workflow. Instead, you'll be out front — starting conversations, sparking interest, and creating the kinds of connections that help clinicians find their calling and healthcare systems find their people.
What You'll Do
* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary tools and your own professional network
* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR's open opportunities, and assess their interest and fit
* Coordinate and schedule key introductory appointments between candidates and our internal recruiting team
* Nurture warm leads through consistent and thoughtful follow-up communication
* Keep candidate records accurate and current within our applicant tracking system
* Earn performance-based commissions tied to meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach
What You Bring to the Table
* Confident, clear communication — both in writing and conversation
* A self-starter attitude and the discipline to manage your own schedule with intention
* Genuine enthusiasm for outreach and a natural ability to connect with people
* No recruiting background required — if you're coachable and organized, MLR will give you the tools and training to thrive
How the Pay Works
This is a fully commission-based role, which means your income is entirely in your hands. There's no cap, no ceiling, and no one standing between you and what you can earn.
Here's how you get paid:
* Commission earned for every qualified meeting you successfully schedule
* Additional earnings when interviews are conducted from leads you generated
* Multiplied commissions on net-new business you bring into the pipeline
* Bonus commission when hires are made that trace directly back to your outreach
* Performance-based incentives including retention bonuses and milestone rewards
Every dollar you earn is traceable to something you did. That's not just transparency — that's respect.
Why MLR?
We're not assembling a workforce. We're cultivating a community of driven professionals who believe that doing good and doing well aren't mutually exclusive.
Uncapped Earnings - Your output determines your income. There's no glass ceiling here — only the one you set for yourself.
Complete Flexibility - Work remotely, asynchronously, and entirely at your own rhythm. Structure your days around your life — not the other way around.
A Culture That Celebrates You - We lead with tools and trust, not micromanagement. Initiative is recognized and rewarded here.
Work That Matters - Behind every meeting you schedule is a clinician one step closer to a role where they'll change lives. You're part of that chain.
This Role Was Made For:
* Remote professionals, digital nomads, or flexible-lifestyle seekers who refuse to trade freedom for a paycheck
* Career changers eager to break into healthcare recruiting from sales, marketing, or communications
* Affiliate marketers, content creators, or social media professionals with a knack for authentic outreach
* Healthcare professionals looking to transition out of the clinical setting and into a people-forward business role
* Commission-driven salespeople who want to believe in what they're selling — and here, you're selling second chances and dream careers
What Winning Looks Like
You don't need a polished resume or a decade of industry experience. What you need is consistency, curiosity, and the ability to follow through. Picture this: a handful of conversations each morning, a few appointments locked in by noon, and by end of week, your leads are moving through the pipeline toward real offers. The momentum compounds. The earnings grow. And somewhere along the way, you realize you're not just building a side income — you're building something.
Worcester, Massachusetts is a city in the middle of a renaissance — a thriving academic and medical hub that sits at the crossroads of New England's most dynamic healthcare networks. Home to UMass Chan Medical School, major hospital systems, and a booming life sciences corridor, Worcester is the kind of place where the demand for exceptional clinical talent never slows down. That's the landscape you'll be tapping into — a market that needs what you can deliver.
Where You'll Work
Wherever feels right. A sun-soaked home office, a tucked-away corner booth at your favorite local spot, or a co-working space buzzing with energy — this role belongs wherever you bring your laptop and your focus. Fully remote, fully flexible, fully yours.
No commute. No time clock. No compromise.
Ready to Make Your Move?
This isn't a placeholder opportunity while you wait for something better to come along. This is something better. It's a chance to earn without limits, work without walls, and make a genuine difference in an industry that needs talented connectors now more than ever.
If you know how to hold a conversation, build rapport fast, and stay hungry when others stop, we want to meet you. Apply today and step into a role where every relationship you build has the power to change two lives at once — the clinician's and yours.
